bebdt Terms & Conditions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bebdt ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). bebdt is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, slots, sports betting, and other entertainment services for players in Bangladesh.

1.2 Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility criteria are required to use bebdt's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must operate an account in your own name — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must be of sound mind and using the service voluntarily.
• You must confirm that no previous account of yours has been banned or terminated at bebdt.

1.3 Right to Modify Terms

bebdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of those changes. We recommend visiting this page regularly.

2.1 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account at bebdt. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all accounts, along with forfeiture of any pending deposits or withdrawals.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time. If your information changes, you must notify bebdt immediately.

2.3 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. All activity carried out under your account will be considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. bebdt may also suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or cheating
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Extended inactivity

3.1 Deposit Process

To deposit funds at bebdt, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks are supported. The minimum deposit amount per method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to your gaming balance instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–45 minutes. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals may be rejected or delayed in the following cases:

• If account verification is incomplete
• If the bonus wagering requirement has not been met
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions
• Due to technical issues

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bebdt follows an identity verification process to ensure security and fair service. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal being put on hold.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets required before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
• Strategically changing betting patterns to take advantage of bonuses
• Claiming bonuses using false information
• Coordinated betting or collusion

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

bebdt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer without prior notice. Special promotions may have their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside that promotion.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bebdt believes in fair play. Our games are operated impartially and equal opportunity is ensured for every player. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to play games
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game system
• Attempting to win through fraudulent methods

5.2 Technical Errors

bebdt is not obliged to honour incorrect payouts or winnings resulting from a technical error or system malfunction. In such situations, bebdt reserves the right to void the relevant transactions, and affected players will be refunded their original stake amount.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

If a gaming dispute arises, it must be reported in writing to [email protected] within 72 hours. bebdt will review the dispute and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. Our decision will be considered final.

6.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, contact our support team to request a temporary or permanent restriction or suspension of your account. We respect such requests.

6.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit may be subject to a set waiting period.

7.1 Ownership

All content on the bebdt website and platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is owned by or licensed to bebdt. Copying, distributing, or using this material for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

7.2 Limited Licence

bebdt grants you a limited, revocable, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. Any use beyond this licence is prohibited.

8.1 Nature of Service

bebdt provides gaming services "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Liability Cap

bebdt is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Direct or indirect financial losses from gaming
• Losses caused by the actions or services of third parties
• Losses resulting from internet connection interruptions
• Financial loss due to the user's own mistakes

8.3 Force Majeure

bebdt will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, internet infrastructure failure, or any other uncontrollable circumstances.

9.1 Data Collection

bebdt collects the personal information you provide, and it is used solely for improving platform services, identity verification, and customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
